Processing Time

Because our products are custom-made, orders typically require 3–7 business days for production before shipping. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Estimates

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Rays Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Rays Creations is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first and then reach out to us for assistance.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the situation and work with you to find a solution.
